Healthy facts about peach
- There are two varieties of peaches: clingstone, where the flesh of the fruit clings to the stone, or freestone, where the stone is easily separated from the flesh
- Peach nutrition:a large peach has less than 70 calories, 3 grams of fiber, 15 grams sugar and 2 grams protein.They're also a good source of vitamin C and A
- Peaches are a fresh snacking fruit , you can grill it, blend it or eat it raw
- The juice from peaches makes a wonderful moisturizer
- Peaches are best from June to the end of August

The wrinkle remedy
1.Soak 5 raw almonds in a cup of milk overnight
2.Grind the almonds into a paste and slowly add a bit of the milk the soaked in until a paste is formed, stir 2 tbsp. of honey into the paste
3.Apply the paste to your face and let it 20 min.Repeat 2-3 times a week
Banish dark eye circles
1.Chop and crush a spring of mint leaves
2.Apply the mashed leaves under eye circles, leave for 20 min. then rinse
Combat dry skin
1.Mash 1/2 of a ripe avocado and combine with 1/4 cup of honey
2.Apply mask mixture to clean face and let sit for 10 min.
3.Rinse with gentle face soap and wash cloth
Reduce fine lines & crows feet
1.Mash a handful of green grapes to obtain the juice
2.Use a cotton ball to apply to fine lines around eyes, mouth and forehead
3.Rinse after 5 min.,repeat 2-3 times a week
Reduce puffy eyes
1.Beat the whites from an egg until stiff
2.Use a brush to apply the egg whites to puffy eyes
3.Let dry for 15 min. then rinse
Cellulite solution
1.Warm 1/2 coffee grounds with 2 tbsp olive oil in the microwave for 10 seconds
2.Smear the mixture over cellulite spots, then wrap in plastic wrap
2.Remove plastic ofter 20 min., repeat 2-3 times a week for 6 weeks
Face exfoliant
1.Combine 1 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp white sugar, 2 tbsp. olive oil and 2 mashed strawberries
2.Apply exfoliant to face and gently polish away dead skin and impurities
3.Repeat 1-2 times a week
Anti-Acne mask
1.Mix 3 tbsp of honey with 1 tbsp of cinnamon
2.Apply to face and let sit 25 min.
3.Repeat 2-3 times a week
